This recipe was truly delicious! I loved the mashed cauliflower and the 'meat' filling was savory and delicious. I can't wait to see how it tastes as a leftover! I will definitely be making this again, thanks!

Fabulous! So hearty and tasty. I put mashed potatoes instead of cauliflower on top because it had a weird grainy texture. Added some fresh rosemary to the mash - highly recommended addition.

We really enjoyed this recipe, more than we even thought we would. I used gimmelean that I cut into small chunks. I also used beef broth, since we are not vegetarians (we just eat a lot of meatless meals and meat subs). We thought this was hearty and tasty. Really great flavor. Thanks.

I LOVE Shepherd's Pie, and I've been missing it since I've become vegetarian. This is a great veggie alternative! DH isn't too fond of cauliflower, otherwise I would have given this dish a collective 5 stars between the two of us. I think we were missing the "traditional potato" topping - next time I'll mash some up and add to top. Thanks for the recipe! UPDATE: My son has now voted this his favorite "lunch leftover". That's a HUGE compliment, trust me ;)

This was a very healthy and delicious recipe. my children gobbled it up and my husband reported that it re-heats well the next day. (he took it to lunch. I didn't embellish the recipe and I enjoyed the flavor immensely. Next time I will added some diced tomatoes as well. Thank you msmia!
