A good meatloaf, that isn't as mushy as some. The sauce really adds to it.

Sometimes basic is best. That is the case with this recipe. Forget all those "gourmet" meatloaf recipes. This was absolutely yummy. And it reheated well, too. Although I was concerned that the sauce would be too sweet, the dry mustard gave it a nice snap and it was not too sweet after all. Try it!

  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, pack lightly into greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl, spread over top of meat loaf.
  5. Bake an additional 45 minutes.
  6. Slice to serve.
