Aunt Phyllis said this is very good and it sounds good to me too. It takes no time to make and for chill time I put 30 minutes but I guessed.
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup blue cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- fresh ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Chill before serving.
- Serve over salad greens of your choice.
