Farfel Cookies

"Great For Passover"

• Ingredients: 9
• Yields: 24 cookies
• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 12 ounces chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 2⁄3 cup oil
• 1 pinch salt
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups matzo meal
• 1 cup matzo farfel
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Beat in oil and eggs.
4. Mix in nuts and chips.
5. Drop on to parchment paper on cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
7. You can make Really! Big cookies if desired.

Wanted to serve this at a Kiddush, but there was none left. Everyone snuck some out. Had to make another batch. They were really great!
