- 1 (12 ounce) package farfalle pasta
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 12 ounces boiling water
- Dice and fry onion in hot oil until translucent.
- Add farfalle and stir until brown, 2-3 minutes.
- Pour over boiling water and cover 12-15 minutes until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper.
