Delicious! My grandmother has been making this fudge for years, and I decided I would give it a try. It was simple, just tiring to stir, but the results were well worth the effort! I used a whole bag of milk chocolate chips (because we prefer milk chocolate) and left out the nuts. I used my candy thermometer because I have one, but I also looked at the time and found that mine came together in about 4 1/2 minutes. So good, and it made so much!
OMG this was so good and so easy. I've tried other fudges just a handfull of times and had givien up that I would ever make fudge. This recipe is so easy, I didn't even have to stir it constantly, a candy thermometer makes it even easier, it's so versatile and so delicious, too delicious!!!! It was so easy and quick I made many types of fudge. Peanut Butter with and without peanuts, milk chocolate and dark chocolate and white chocolate with and without nuts and it was all so good. The favorite I made (and everyone else's favorite) was Andy's Mints fudge, turned out freaking amazing. This year I'm going to try butterscotch and maybe Heath. Great recipe, quick and easy and tasty, gotta try it!

Fantasy fudge is the best there is. You can also substitute white chips for the chocolate ones and dried cranberries for the nuts (use a little more). This makes a great easy Christmas fudge. Always use real butter and vanilla.
Super good recipe. I've been making 3 minute fudge for years with cocoa, milk and powdered sugar. This is just as good if not better and makes about twice as much and so easy. This is my new go to recipe for fudge. Yum - Thanks.
Fabulous! I have made this for many years as Christmas gifts for my children's school and pre-school teachers. I can't believe that I have not rated this until now. I thoroughly recommend this recipes if you are after a creamy soft fudge. I add extra marshmellows at the end and call it rocky road fudge on the gift cards.
This is the fudge my mom always makes! I am glad I found this recipe since this year she didn't send me any and the recipe on the marshmallow cream is a little different. I made adding chopped walnuts. Going into my permanent favorites cookbook. Made for Photo Forums 2010 Holiday Celebration.
Wonderful fudge. I used Fantastic Marshmallow Fluff Clone for the fluff and it turned out so creamy and wonderful. I cooked mine a little less than 230 deg. It is so soft and I love it. Will use this recipe from now on.
I read CookWannaBe's review, but figured there was no way my fudge wasn't going to end up gritty. Regardless, this was pretty yummy. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips, but I think next time I'm gonna toss in a little cocoa powder, because I looove extra chocolatey things :P The sweetness was just right though, since I used semi-sweet. I think next time I'm going to make this with white chocolate chips, and throw in some crushed oreos.
I found the fudge to be a bit gritty. the taste is absolutely amazing!
