When I have all of these ingredients, this is my favorite kind of sandwich to make. It's very filling and satisfying.
- 2 slices of your favorite vegan bread
- 1⁄2 of a medium avocado
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes, pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 1 slice vegan cheddar cheese
- 1 slice red onion
- bean sprouts
- Toast your bread.
- Apply everything to the sandwich, it's not rocket science.
