Honestly fantastic! Will definitely be making this again. I also used mangos instead of papayas and I used leftover chicken (poured over half the marinade and heated a little).

We didn't have red capsicums (and did't really know what they were) so I substituted a pepper. I only used one papaya, one avocado and used a whole cucumber and I'm glad I did. I think two papayas would have been a bit much.

This was very good. I made it as a side dish, so I left out the chicken. And I used mango instead of papaya, almonds instead of pine nuts, and my store didn't have any ripe avacado's, but that would have been a nice addition. I'll definately make this again.

This is a superb recipe and was enjoyed by everyone. I didn't have any chillies on hand, so left them out - but it was still fantastic. I will definately be making this again!

This was a delicious salad! It had a delightful Thai flavor from the dressing, but was not spicy when mixed into the salad. However, a few fresh Thai chiles served with solved that! The dressing did have a nice sour taste (important to Thai cooking) that complemented the sweetness of the fruit. The pine nuts were very flavorful and added a nice touch, too. There were lots of toppings, and if one added some more salad mix, this would easily serve a couple more people. Very good! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
