Nice, quick dinner. Ended up adding peppers instead of broccoli (hubby won't eat) then I steamed broccoli for me and added it after cooking. Other than that, made exactly as written.

We made this without the spaghetti, and served it over rice. All I can say is YUM!! Will make again, next time I might add a tsp of cornstarch to make the sauce "sticky" Another "fantastic" recipe from KITTENCAL! Thank you!!

This recipe was delicious! We had some whole wheat lo mein noodles to try, and, of course, we turned to a Kittencal recipe! We used our own homemade chili-garlic paste and a little less beef. Will probably make again, maybe with a little "tweeking" for our personal tastes.

This was the best recipe for beef lo mein I've ever had. The flavors were PERFECT and I followed the recipe exactly as you had it. I will definitely be cooking this again.

This is a great recipe. My husband loved it and so did my 2 year old.

This is definitely a repeater in our house. I did add half of a sliced red bell pepper and some shredded carrots mostly for the color. I marinated my beef strips in some sherry and soy sauce for about 30 minutes before stir-frying. Other than those changes, I followed the recipe as written. A winner Kittencal. Thanks
