What a disappointment this dish turned out to be. We love mushrooms and cheese, but this was not a keeper for us. The sour cream mixture did not elevate the flavor of the mushrooms. I used king oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, and beech mushrooms and would have preferred them simply sauteed in butter and garlic.

OMG! This was delicious! I used soy sauce instead of salt (that is how I always saute my mushrooms) and served over brown rice. I will be making this often! Thanks Kittencal!

For a mushroom & cheese lover...this is the best by far. Thank you for this wonderful recipe. I've made this 3 times now, and I'm still in awe...my family loves it too, so double bonus!!! Last time I made this, I remembered to take pictures to post...instead of running to the dinner table to eat it...lol.
p.s. Just got some fresh mushrooms from the mushroom farm in Eastern Ontario, guess what I'll be making today?

We loved this! I had a 1 lb package of mushrooms to use up so I halved it. I used low-fat sour cream and white wheat flour, plus mozzarella cheese. Very good flavor. Thanks.

EXCELLENT mushroom dish. Have made it twice loved it with the mozza cheese. When I made it with the swiss cheese found it a little overpowering. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic! We love mushrooms in my house. I did make 1 small change, I had 1 stalk of leek left to use up so I sauteed the leek with the mushrooms. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

These were quite good! I made them with a colby jack mixture instead of swiss, and added a bit of garlic. They do cook down a bit but this was just right for 4 mushroom lovers. I think next time adding an onion while sauteing will make it KILLER!! I also didn't have parsley so I topped mine with some green onion. Thanks for the recipe, Kitten!

Wonderful Mashroom recipe. I added a dollop of mustard and a shot of milk to the sour cream, salt, pepper and flour mixture to give it a little bit of an extra zing and it turned out wonderful! Thank you for posting!

Definitely delicious! I added a few things to mine tho; i added chicken and some peppers for extra flavor. I didnt have fresh parsley so i added a little basil and rubbed sage. I added a little milk just to make it a little more creamy. And topped it off with moaazrell and a cheddar cheese. YUM!
