  • Place corn in large skillet and turn on medium heat.
  • Add butter, whipping cream, sugar, and salt.
  • Stirring constantly, heat until most of whipping cream and butter is absorbed into corn.

  1. This was good and easy to make. I used light cream and only made half the recipe. Next time I would cut back on the salt as it was too salty for us. I also added pepper.We really enjoyed this corn.
     
  2. This really was fantastic-even though I encountered a couple of problems. First- when I poured the cream in it all froze together in one big chunk. I suggest letting the corn warm before adding the rest of the ingredients. Second,my corn did not absorb very much cream (there was still ALOT left). We did find it needed pepper after,but that is a personal choice.-Thanks for sharing-
