Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn
  • 34 cup kraft fat free cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dry onion flakes
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons Molly McButter (dietetic butter substitution)
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Cook corn according to directions, drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve.
