Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 lb Velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 bunch hot pepper or 1 bunch tamale


  1. Combine undrained tomatoes and cheese in microwaveable bowl.
  2. Chop hot peppers or Tamales and add to bowl.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted completely and mixture is blended, stirring after 3 minutes.
  4. Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or cut-up fresh vegetables.
