Whenever I make this salad dressing, everyone asks for the recipe. Forget the bottled stuff. This takes just a few minutes to make and tastes so much better. You can cut the recipe in half.
- 1 1⁄2 cups olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 -2 garlic clove
- 1 -2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- you can also add some shallot
- salt and pepper
