One version of the Fallen Angel is made using creme de menthe but this version using blue curacao is more suited to my tastes.
- 75 ml gin
- 40 ml blue curacao
- 25 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 cup ice cube
- 100 ml lemonade
- Combine gin, blue curacao, juice and bitters in glass.
- Add ice and top with lemonade.
- (We serve this in 350ml pina colada glass).
Wow this sure packs a punch. Tastes great & I love the colour of it, wouldn't want to drink too many of these in one night though, LOL, this is potent stuff. Thanks for posting!
