One version of the Fallen Angel is made using creme de menthe but this version using blue curacao is more suited to my tastes.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 75 ml gin
  • 40 ml blue curacao
  • 25 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 100 ml lemonade


  1. Combine gin, blue curacao, juice and bitters in glass.
  2. Add ice and top with lemonade.
  3. (We serve this in 350ml pina colada glass).

Wow this sure packs a punch. Tastes great & I love the colour of it, wouldn't want to drink too many of these in one night though, LOL, this is potent stuff. Thanks for posting!
