I liked the flavor of this recipe and it was very tender. I would recommend that you watch the time. Mine got a little bit too dry on the edges, but otherwise they were delicious. Next time I will probably cook 1 hour less.

This was really good! I wanted a recipe that did not call for grilling so that I could use it in any weather. This was nice because I could toss it in the oven and forget about it for most of teh day. The ribs were moist and tender.
The taste of the ribs are unrivaled. Whoever came up with this recipe must have got it from heaven because i haven't tasted anything like it. I tweaked it a little bit, adding Slap Ya Mama Hot Cajun Seasoning and a tablespoon of honey. This is a can't miss Sunday Football Recipe.
WOW!! are these good! They really do fall off the bone. The house smelled "oh so good" for the whole day. This was real easy, just throw everything together and forget about it for hours. I tweeked mine a bit just like your Dad did. I used 1 tbls minced garlic instead of powder and 1 tsp of red pepper flakes. I like it hot! This is a make again recipe no doubt about it.
