ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1⁄2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
directions
- Add ingredients to bread pan in order suggested by manufacturer.
- Bake on regular cycle.
- This will also work on rapid bake cycles.

Made this today out of some leftover pumpkin. The only sub I made was molasses for the maple syrup because I didn't have maple syrup and like the combination of molasses and pumpkin in bread. Turned out very very tasty. Moist with a good crumb and tasty enough to eat alone, but not so flavorful it would fight with sandwich fixin's.
