  1. Made this today out of some leftover pumpkin. The only sub I made was molasses for the maple syrup because I didn't have maple syrup and like the combination of molasses and pumpkin in bread. Turned out very very tasty. Moist with a good crumb and tasty enough to eat alone, but not so flavorful it would fight with sandwich fixin's.
     
  2. This tastes sort of like Thanksgiving in a loaf! Soo good! I used canned pumpkin for the pumpkin puree and I hope that was correct! Either way it worked great! Thanks for posting! Made for Holiday Tag July 2010!
