We enjoyed the lemony tang to these burgers, but we found the texture to be too uniform. They were difficult to cook as they did not want to stick together, so next time we might add an egg to help the batter stick together.people found this review Helpful. we love falafel and used to go to an israeli restaurant when we lived in PA, this will help the hunger homesickness. i used 2 15 ounce cans of chickpeas and loved the results. i added a little bit of bulgur wheat in addition to the flour for some texture and fiber. served them with whole wheat pita and tehani sauce.people found this review Helpful. Amazing! I had to mix the burgers with tons of flour because they were falling apart. I also had to use cucumber-yogurt sauce because i was out of sour cream. Sooo good. Next time i'm trying them with sour cream. I also would omit the coriander but that's just my taste! Maybe more onions because i love onions. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
