I was thirsty for something, but nothing we had on hand seemed to be "it". No, I was craving a sports drink. So, I did a Google search, found a recipe on http://www.kitchenstewardship.com, and modified it to use what I had on hand.

  1. Mix all ingredients except water.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons per 12 oz. of water or 4 teaspoons per 8 oz. of water.
