Just what it says, I imagine. This is one of those recipes that's been going around forever. Was just reminded of it recently..
- Mix all ingredients well in blender.
- Spray a small non-stick frying pan with cooking spray.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Cook one side.
- Cook the other side.
- Top with SF syrup or powdered sweetener, if desired.
I'm sorry but this was not good. it wouldn't keep together and it wouldn't flip so it ended up being the texture of scrambled eggs and no matter how much syrup or blueberries I tried to put on it, it didn't help. Made for PAC Fall '09
