I love doing this, but I also freeze leftover coffee and use the ice cubes to make it icy. I use my coffee creamer for flavoring. Love it more than the chain stores!!

  • 113.39 g cold espresso or 113.39 g strong coffee
  • 56.69 g chocolate syrup
  • 7.39 ml vanilla-flavored syrup
  • 113.39 g milk
  • 473.18 ml crushed ice
  • whipped cream (to garnish)
  • chocolate shavings (to garnish, or piece's)


  1. Place the espresso, syrups, milk and crushed ice in a blender and blend till slushy.
  2. Pour into a chilled 12 oz glass.
  3. Garnish with mounds of whipped cream and the chocolate.
