This is from and I've been using it for years. It works equally for beef or chicken. **I edited this recipe after receiving a review stating that they felt it was sour. That made me realize I didn't have "fresh" lime juice listed, which I always use because I don't like it made with pre-squeezed in-a-bottle lime juice.


  1. Dump all in a ziploc and add up to 2 lbs of thinly sliced beef or boneless skinless chicken breasts (easier to cook whole and slice for fajitas). Saute or grill until cooked through.

Unfortunately this didn't work for us. It was very sour and needed some more seasonings. Made for PAC Spring 2013.
