This was so good! I sliced the steak before I marinated it and I only put it in the marinade for about half an hour, then flipped it for another half hour. I also used the last of the lime juice we had on hand and a splash of lemon juice. We also did not have any Tabasco so I used our Texas Pete hot sauce. Man, this was wonderful! I cannot believe how well the marinade soaked into the meat in that little bit of time. And the acid definitely broke it down and made it tender. The entire family raved over these fajitas! I will be using this again and again!
