Fajita Marinade

"A great marinade for fajitas. Also works well as a general spicy rub for meat or fish."

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
• 2 crushed garlic cloves
• 1 dash lemon juice
• salt, to taste
• chili flakes, to taste

directions

1. Crush the whole spices, either using a pestle and mortar, or a blender.
2. Mix well with the other ingredients.
3. Rub into meat.
