    absentminded chef's Note:

I started to make fajitas tonight, and I discovered I had no tortillas. It was getting late, so I needed something quick. I started scrambling some eggs when my son came over and suggested putting the fajita meat in the eggs. So was created the fajita egg skillet dish!
