I ate so much of this dip, I almost made myself sick. It is fabulous. Tasted rich and creamy but sort of spicy, too. Perfect with Escort crackers. Must get more shrimp so I can make it again. Thanks for the recipe.
WOW!! Very delicioso!! I used shrimp that was boiled in crab boil. Had a wonderful flavor that went well with the cream cheese and sour cream I served with crackers. A grand slam hit with us. Thank you Nurse Di.

I made this for a New Year's Eve get-together and it was the hit of the party. I substituted 2 tbs mayonnaise and 2 tbs strained Greek style yoghurt for the sour cream as it is difficult to find here. I also added a little finely chopped spring onion. A wonderful delicious dip.
Keep a package of TJ's frozen salad shrimp in your freezer and you have a nice dip availalbe in no time using this recipe. I will use this recipe as a base in the future adding either a bit of grated onion or a heaping spoonfull of dill. Good basic recipe.
We thought this lacked flavor. I used the frozen salad shrimp and defrosted them naturally in the refrigerator. I used 2 1/2 cups of shrimp. .. otherwise I followed the recipe.
This shrimp dip has some KICK!! Creamy and well seasoned. Used Wheat Thin crackers for dippers. Hard to stop eating it once you get started. An A+ recipe. Thanks Nurse Di.
