*Made for PAC Fall 2007* I have to admit I did like this, but I did not love it. I think the almond extract was a bit overpowering for me. I do have to admit that this recipe would be something one could serve in a jiffy for unexpected guests as it takes mere minutes to prepare. Thanks for sharing. Nick's Mom
