Okay, I have a confession to make, I did not serve this as a dip. I made it a little runnier by upping the vanilla to 1 teaspoon and added a teaspoon of honey, and I served this as a dressing over fruit salad. Wow, it's really intense, and great. Fruit salad was very simple, just some persimmons, apples and bananas, but this "dip" elevated that simple salad into a gourmet dessert! I can see myself making this constantly!

Great dip! And I don't feel guilty eating it like I did with other fruit dips containing marshmallow cream & full fat cream cheese! Yikes! This is now my new fruit dip! Out with the old, fattening dip and in with this healthier Faulous Fruit Dip! Thanks!

This is amazingly simple and tasty. If you are low on time, you can easily whip this up in a hurry. I've tried other dips that take much longer and dont taste nearly as good. Great job.

This is an excellent and easy peasy dip. May I suggest that you use Demerara sugar rather than the regular golden brown - it does make a difference. Anyway, it is good to see such a simple and well received recipe in print.

I've been using this recipe forever but I kick min up a notch by ommitting the vanilla and adding kahlua. Very yummy!!!
