- 354.88 ml all-purpose flour
- 118.29 ml whole wheat pastry flour
- 59.14 ml wheat bran, unprocessed
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml salt
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 1 large egg
- 118.29 ml 2% low-fat milk
- 118.29 ml reduced-fat sour cream
- 78.78 ml safflower oil
- 354.88 ml whole berry cranberry sauce
- 14.79 ml orange peel
- 2.46 ml orange extract
directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 2 regular size bread pans.
- Thoroughly combine the flour, whole wheat pastry flour, wheat bran, baking powder, baking soda, salt & sugar in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the egg, milk, sour cream, oil, cranberry sauce, orange peel & orange extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients; mixing until just moistened; do not over mix.
- Pour into bread pans.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

I found an artist to hand paint a recipe box for my nephew and I printed out 170 recipes on photo cards and created indexes for the recipe categories.
