  1. Very Very easy. We made 2 pies and froze one. It tasted great on hot summer nights.

  2. Try the variation of using 3/4 cup lemon juice instead of the frozen pink lemondade concentrate! It's yummy and very low in WW's points if you use fat free cool-whip and reduced fat sweetened condensed milk!

  3. Enjoyed the taste and the simplicity of the recipe but I also had difficulty in getting it to set. Came out soupy. Next time I will freeze if before serving.

  4. Wonderful AND easy. Thanks much. TJ

  5. Vincy, this is by far, the fastest, easiest dessert I have ever made! Taking Lennie's suggestion from a thread, I made a chocolate crumb crust. The frozen texture was perfect. Personally though, I found it a little sweet. The recipe I actually made (in response to a request I posted) was Dana's Lemon Ice Box Pie. When I went to review it, I didn't have her recipe ID number handy and when I searched for it, I noticed that your recipe had been posted first...so I reviewed both! Thanks for the recipe!
