Wonderful flavor but too salty for my family. Go with low salt bouillon and/or skip the onion soup mix and slice or chop up and onion or two. Thanks for sharing. We'll continue to enjoy this!

Sooooo Disappointing. I followed the directions exactly, cooked it on low for 8 hours and wound up with a piece of leather for dinner. I will not make this one ever again. Too bad, because it sounds like it would be really good.

This was incredibly easy to make and it tasted delicious! My husband went nuts for it. We saved some meat and liquid for the next day and made it into a soup! (We just added a 1/4 onion.) What a perfect easy and inexpensive meal.

Really tender, juicy and delicious! This was my first attempt at using a slow cooker we received as a gift... Couldn't have been easier! I used a 2.5lb eye of round and substituted Recipe #24952 and Recipe #83902 for the store brands. I also used Better Than Bouillon for the cubes... The roast was falling apart tender after 6 hours on MED-HIGH... The resulting liquid was so hearty and beefy... really delicious on Recipe #137847.... We ate so much we couldn't move from the table... A keeper for sure!!!

Meat was super juicey.... A lot on the salty side but i think that may be due to the steak seasoning i used..plan on trying again!

My family is kind of picky when it comes to a roast. I can't even add carrots or potatoes while it is cooking. They all loved this recipe. I will definately be making it again. Thanks for posting!

I have always used my tried and true onion soup, cream of mushroom soup roast recipe, but recently decided to change it up a little. We loved this. I added potatoes and carrots, and thickened the juice with some flour and water the last 30 minutes. The worcestershire sauce is the key. Very good.

I discovered this receipe by combining the ingredients I liked from various receipes into one. It is for a 1.5 qt. crock pot. Add more Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning in the last half hour of cooking for a stronger flavor.
