Ahhh i got this from my boss when she has us all over for dinner - SOOOO divine! and SOOOO easy! If you love chocolate, you will love this. Just make sure you have some vanilla ice cream to serve with it!

I'd highly recommend making this a day in advance. It is soooo much better the next day. We loved the rich brownie filling in this pie. It's really delicious and couldn't be easier to put together- 5 minutes and it's in the oven! That could be dangerous. I'd also like to point out that there is NO WAY this pie is done at 30 minutes. It's still raw brownie batter at that point. It needs 55 to 60 minutes like most brownie recipes do to get done. Oh... I also cut the sugar back to 1 cup cause it sounded like too much.
- 1 1⁄4 cups chocolate chips
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pie shell
Directions See How It's Made
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan on low heat or in the microwave (so it doesn't burn).
- When melted, remove from heat, add sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla and mix no more than two minutes.
- Pour into pie shell (I use a pre made store pie shell but you can use whatever you want) and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
