This is an authentic and easy apple pie to make. I couldn't believe how delicious it came out. I got the recipe from a box of minute tapioca. I will never make no other apple pie than this one ever again. Everyone loves it at my house. Serve with vanilla ice cream for a sweet dessert!!!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix fruit, tapioca, sugar, and flavor additions in bowl.
  3. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Line 9 inch pie plate with pie crust.
  5. Fill with fruit mixture.
  6. Dot with butter.
  7. Cover with top crust; seal and flute edges.
  8. Cut several slits in crust.
  9. Bake in oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until juices form bubbles that burst.
  10. Cool.
  11. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
