This is GREAT for your feet. You will LOVE it!
- Make a chunky paste (do not make a smooth mixture!) with the ingredients, making sure not to puree or over blend; it will be watery and thats not what you want.
- Massage the mixture into your feet very well, allow it to sit for a few mins, rinse and dry off.
- You can keep this in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to a week.
A quiet evening of home spa treatments had me covering my feet with strawberries, my hair with honey, and egg on my face. Glad the cat can't use a camera. :-) All jokes aside this really left my feet feeling very soft - no small feat given how rough they are. To get the paste the right consistency, I diced them up, them sort of mashed the mix with the back of a spoon. My scrub was aided by the fact that I wrapped my feet in plastic bags sp that I could walk while they soaked. The only downside was the clean up was a tad messy. Thanks Love!
