this is one of the best sandwiches ever! it is sensational and big on taste and even has a little surprise!

  1. Poach an egg until medium-well cooked, while at the same time toast the English muffin until slightly brown, not burned, but a little past warmed.
  2. Spread Marmite ( a delicious English invention available at most specialty food stores and some groceries) onto the top and bottom (if you're not used to the taste of Marmite, you may want to put it on one half of the English muffin) and place the egg on it. sprinkle part of the black pepper on the egg, and then place the sliced tomato onto the egg. pout the rest of the black pepper onto the tomato and close the sandwich. simply amazing! really delicious. i must say this is a lunch regular at my house!
