"This is a great salsa which can be used in a countless variety of ways. Not only is this healthy, it also adds a great kick to anything you pair it with."

• Yields: 1/3 cup

ingredients

• 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper

directions

1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Pair with anything you desire and enjoy!
