This is a delicious cookie recipe that is very easy. The dough won't toughen while your making it, either. Cut with a cookie cutter. This makes alot.

  1. Cream together butter & sugar.
  2. Beat together 3 egg yolks & 1 egg white.
  3. Add flour alternately with beaten eggs.
  4. Roll out to desired thickness & cut with a cookie cutter.
  5. Beat remaining egg whites & brush tops of cookies.
  6. Bake at 350F until edges of cookies are barely brown.
