Breakfast Casserole

  1. Cook
  2. Bacon ( cut up in small pieces).
  3. Sausage.( either links cut up or ground).
  4. Ham ( diced).
  5. Scramble 12 eggs
  6. cook hashbrowns.
  7. In a Large casserole dish put hashbrowns on bottom. Dump bacon,sausage and ham on top of hashbrowns then put the scrambled eggs on top of that. Cover top of eggs with country Gravy making sure you get enough that it will go to the bottom of the casserole as hashbrowns get a little dry. Sprinkle top of casserole with cheese. Let cool and cover for Breakfast the next morning or morningS. Easy to heat in microwave or if you are having company in the morning (ie family etc.) put it in the oven to heat slowly while people are getting up and having coffee.
  8. The amount of ingredients depends on the size of the casserole you are making.
