- 709.77 ml flour
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 354.88 ml canola oil
- 177.44 ml frozen strawberries, thawed
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 236.59 ml chopped nuts
- cream cheese
directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9 x 5-inches.
- Bake 325°F for 45- 50 minutes.
- Spread slices with cream cheese.

I thought this bread would make a nice Christmas Day hostess gift, but after tasting it I've decided not to give it. I thought it would have more strawberry flavor, although the further I got into the recipe, the more I could see that there weren't enough strawberries for their taste to be dominant. It does taste OK, but it's not special enough for me to give as a gift.
