Yum! These were fun and easy to make - clean-up was a breeze. We substituted Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips for the chocolate chips. The mint flavor was a great addition. My kids didn't even realize they are much healthier than regular cookies. Great recipe!

This is a really great recipe! Not too sweet & a great combination of flavors -- none overwhelming, just complimentary. No oil & makes about 90 cookies using a 1 Tablespoon scooper to drop the dough. I don't make cookies often but these will be on the list of those I do!!! Thanks for the recipe!
