Entered for safe-keeping, from Clean Eating, Fall 2008. Drink to your eyes!
- Wash spinach and apple and scrub carrots and beet, but do not peel.
- Peel ginger.
- Juice everything, stir gently and enjoy.
Tasty! My beets were very light so this ended up being kind of a drab brown color (rather than the red I was expecting) but luckily it tasted much better than it looked. Thanks for posting!
