"This comes from a cocktail booklet included in a gift box of Chopin potato vodka. Haven't had a chance to try it yet."

ingredients
- 3 slices cucumbers
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 1⁄2 ounces vodka (Chopin recommended)
- 1 ounce green tea
- 3⁄4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
directions
- Muddle cucumber slices with mint. Add vodka, green tea, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with slice of cucumber and mint.

Excellent refreshing cocktail! I used a loose leaf green tea infused with lemon myrtle and lemongrass. We loved it! The cucumber and mint flavours really come through. Definitely my new favourite!! Thanks Julie!
