  1. I made this for my flu suffering girlfriend as we were told sunflower seed has good medicinal properties for the respiratory system. Can't comment on the effectiveness, but the drink itself was beautiful. Similar to almond milk and matches well with the ginger and honey. Thanks for recipe! Will be repeating.

  2. I liked this...I eat and use sunflower seeds a lot (like tons in bulk) ;) :) -so not such a huge stretch for me and with the honey was like a thicker version of a nut milk...I was a tad confused about how much ginger and used a 1/2 dozen thumb size slices THEN added extra grate to each glass along with mint sprigs and a fat teaspoon of raw honey...super filling :) tasty too...not to offend {{lol}} but also used it as a "yogurt-like" sub in my daily green drink {{I keep those vegan and liked this better than adding a tab of soy :)}}...I LOVED & had super fun with that little personal tweak ;) I may try this next time keeping the seeds raw and soak/sprout them pre grind -thanks for the recipe share...made for HC Game!!
