Got this recipe from my Mom and haven't tried it yet myself but will do so and review. Not sure who "Ethel" is but we'll see if she can bake some cookies.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Roll dough into 36 balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. For variety, add nuts, raisins, frost, use different types of pudding, etc.
  5. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.

These did not work for me, but since I made some changes I'm not assigning stars. I used banana pudidng (the 4 serving size) that was fat free/sugar free. I used light bisquick and applesauce instead of the oil. While the banana taste was ok, the texture was awful. I also only got 18 cookies. I'm always looking for easy and healthy lunch box treats and these sounded like they could be made a little healthier quite easily, but those didn't work. Sorry.
