Very good! My husband made these and he did shake them very well which left bubbles on top. So when I went to create the design it blended in so wasn't very noticeable. But that's fine because one taste and you know the rest of the story..................

We weren't too sure about about an "espresso" martini. . .but being the adventurous type, we said "what the heck". WOW are these ever good and so pretty. Swirlling the cream was fun and made a pretty presentation. Thanks for sharing, pgserver6.
