  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9x9x2 pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the margarine, sugar, egg, egg white and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa, coffee and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing weel.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
