ingredients

2 cups flour
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
¹⁄₄ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
cinnamon (optional)

directions

Beat eggs, oil & milk in medium to large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until just blended- Don't over-mix.
Coat frying pan with cooking spray or shortening.
Fry on hot pan.

We have 2 little boys that keep us very busy. Many recipes I save are fast and easy:) I love to cook though, so I'm always looking for new recipes, including recipes that take time.
