ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can vanilla ensure, nutrition drink
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup sliced strawberry
- 1 sliced banana
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
directions
- Put the ice in the blender.
- then add your fruit, yogurt, and Ensure.
- blend -- ENJOY.
- -you can also use chocolate ensure.

Smooth and yummy! (but I like Ensure anyway) My twist on this recipe is using Banana Cream ensure and leaving out the blueberries.
