- 1 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups ripe strawberries, crushed
- 1 tablespoon kirsch
- Cream together sugar and butter.
- Add egg white.
- Fold in strawberries and kirsch.
